Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully repackage your PowerBlocks in their original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger weight sets.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
